Save Services Limited are commited to installing and maintaining smoke and natural ventilation systems to a fully compliant standard
Based on the south coast, Save Services Limited support clients from the design phase of of a project through to the supply, installation and commissioning of smoke and natural control system be it naturally ventilated or mechanically ventilated, in buildings, schools and car parks with our team of dedicated engineers.
We also support clients on inspection, maintenance and remedial works to systems of all manufacturers with all products proposed by Save Services Limited meeting all the latest British and European regulatory standards and are fully CE certified.
Many people believe from a common misconception that smoke ventilation or Smoke Control is the same as a fire prevention system however this is not the case.
The Smoke Control Association in their very informative document Guidance on Smoke Control to Common Escape Routes in Apartment Buildings (Flats and Maisonettes) states:
“The primary objective of the smoke ventilation system is to protect the staircase and protect the common circulation areas. The performance criteria and design of the system vary depending on the layout of the common corridor or lobby.”
